Our Founding
WE3 Missions came to life after God placed it on one man’s heart to go and serve. Chris Blackwell first visited Jolo, WV in February 2018 after a family member who had served near Jolo the summer before on a mission trip, suggested that he organize a mission’s trip to that area. Chris thought “Ok. I’ll do that. I’ll make 1 or 2 trips up there to help and move on to something else”. Little did he know what GOD had in store! He made 9 trips to Jolo, WV and the surrounding towns from February 2018 through December 2018. He has already made 2 trips for the 2019 year and has intentions for many more. God began to speak to Chris in March 2019 after some encounters with potential supply partners. He knew that he had to start a non-profit organization in order to get these suppliers and future suppliers to partner with him in order to do the work that God has called him to do. He prayed about it and talked with the team that he had built over the past year, and WE3 Missions came to life!
While the work that has been going on started in Jolo, WV, WE3 Missions is not just focused on that area, alone. WE3 Missions has also been helping a local organization in providing food for children to take home for the weekend when they get out of school. Many of our children are only receiving meals while they are at school. It is the desire of our hearts to go anywhere that we are needed. Near or far! To serve, to minister to, and restore hope to the hopeless.

We Pray, We Go, We Serve...
PURPLE (Royalty)
1 Peter 2:9 “But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.”
Red (The Blood)
Isaiah 53:5 “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement or our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”
Ephesians 1:7 “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace”
Green (Hope, Growth and Prosperity is WE3’s Mission)
There is no doubt WE3 Missions is bringing hope to the places we are serving. Through prayer, going and serving we want to see growth and prosperity. Still there is another biblical meaning for GREEN as well. When you mix BLUE, which represents the word (Water of Life) John 4:14 “but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” , and the color Yellow which represents the trials we go through 1 Peter 1:7 “that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ” , once mixed you get Green.Green also represents spring or new beginnings and most of all the resurrection which goes back to HOPE. We feel those colors were from GOD directly. So many times GOD has had his hands on this throughout the entire process. To see the colors come to life in the word was amazing. Just another confirmation that those were the colors for WE3 Missions and God has his hands on our vision.
Still there is even more symbolizing in our log...
3 Represents the Godhead… The Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
PURPLE for Royalty was even more perfect as it represents God himself.
Revelation 19:16 “And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND Lord OF LORDS.”
When WE PRAY, WE GO, WE SERVE (PURPLE) we are doing what GOD ask us to do so we are Ambassadors of Christ as show in “2 Corinthians 5:20”
John 13:34-35 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
"WE" is colored in Red. WE are saved through his blood and without the blood we would be lost.
Hebrews 9:22 “And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.”
Then the Green for the Missions…. WE3 is bringing more than food and supplies. We are bringing hope and redemption through the resurrection of Jesus Christ to areas that need hope. I’ve seen some of those areas myself and they do need HOPE in their lives.
2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Our hope is to let the people we are serving know, no matter what circumstances they are in, they are (royalty PURPLE) as they are sons and daughters of the king of kings and washed from their sins through the blood (Red). We truly see WE3 Missions bringing hope (Green) to areas as God has his hands on this ministry. Not only feeding and serving but giving HOPE and most of all CHANGE through Jesus Christ.
Hopefully you can visualize the 3 (PURPLE) which is a representation of the Godhead is on the cross where he shed his blood for US (WE) (RED) but 3 days later he was resurrected (Green) so we would have eternal life with him in Heaven.
John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
Mark 16:15-16 “And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”
Galatians 6:10 “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.”
